What is Biossance Rewards?
Biossance Rewards is our free loyalty program that lets you earn points on purchases and simple actions—like downloading the app, leaving reviews, completing your profile, and signing up for emails. You can then redeem those points for money off future purchases.
Who can join?
All are welcome to join the Biossance Rewards Program! By creating an account at Biossance.com, you are automatically enrolled in the free program.
How do I earn points?
After you create an account, you will automatically be gifted 50 points. After that, you will earn points with every purchase you make. There are also additional ways to earn points, like signing up for emails, leaving a review, and downloading our App!
Can I earn points on past purchases?
Purchases made prior to joining the program are not eligible for points, but all future purchases are.
Can I earn Rewards points if I purchase Biossance products from another site or a retail store?
At this time, the Biossance rewards program is limited to purchases made only on Biossance.com and the Biossance APP.
How do I check my points balance?
Log into your account and visit the ‘my rewards’ section.
Do my points ever expire?
Points are valid for 12 months from the date of the last qualifying purchase. Each qualifying purchase will automatically extend the expiration date of all unused points in the client’s Loyalty account for 12 months from the month of the qualifying purchase. If the account has no qualifying purchase activity within a 12-month period, all points in the account will expire.
What happens to my points when I return items?
Your points balance will show a reduction equal to the points earned on the product purchase, including any bonus points. For an exchange of equal value, the points balance will remain unchanged. It is possible your account could have a negative balance after merchandise is returned.
What is required to maintain my points status?
In order to maintain your Loyalty tier status, you must hit the points required for that tier within 12 months from your last qualifying purchase.
Can I combine redeemed points with other promotions or discounts?
Yes rewards credit, or points redeemed for dollars off your purchase, can be combined with most other offers. Please reach out to customer service if you have questions about a specific offer.
I completed an action that should’ve earned points, but they aren’t showing up. What went wrong?
Your points received from a purchase will show up as pending within 1 hour of your purchase being made. Points earned through another action will show up in your points history (not pending) within roughly 5-10 minutes from action being completed.
When the Biossance Rewards Program was relaunched, did my tier status change?
Your points or status did not change, unless you had over 600+ points, then you were moved into our NEW Elite tier, with new perks. Check your account page to see your current status.
I completed an action that should’ve earned points, but they aren’t showing up. What went wrong?
We’re sad to see you go! If you no longer wish to be a part of the program, please contact our customer care team and we can assist in removing you from the Biossance Rewards Program. Please note that all points will be deducted from your account.
