BIOSSANCE REWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

13. You will be assigned a tier (”Level”) based on Your accumulated Points balance. 
 

14. The Levels are: 

Insider = <299 Points 
VIP = 300-599 Points 

Elite= 600+ Points 
 

15. You will remain in Your Level for 12 months (“Membership Year”), unless Your accumulated Points balance reaches a higher Level threshold which will result in You entering a new Level. 
 

16. To maintain Your Level for a further 12 months, You must earn enough Points to meet the minimum required threshold of that Level before the Membership Year ends or You will be moved to a lower Level based on the total Points earned during Your Membership Year. 
 

17. Your Level is limited to the spend using your Biossance Rewards account. Any spend outside of your Biossance Rewards account will not contribute to Your Level. 
 

18. Your Level determines a reward (“Reward”) that is available to use during the Membership Year. 
 

19. Rewards are subject to change at our sole discretion. 

You must opt-in to receive email communications from BIOSSANCE. 
 

23. BIOSSANCE may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel Biossance Rewards accounts or Points (in whatever form) and / or remove a Member from the program at any time where BIOSSANCE has a reasonable belief of: 

- any abuse or attempted abuse of Biossance Rewards; 

- any breach or attempted breach of these Terms and Conditions; 

- any behavior relating to Biossance Rewards or BIOSSANCE that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behavior, or supplying false or misleading information. 
 

24. Points awarded may be removed or cancelled if BIOSSANCE determines that the points were collected in breach of these Terms and Conditions or were awarded in error. For the avoidance of doubt, any advice or actions of our staff that are contrary to these Terms and Conditions will not have the effect of changing these Terms and Conditions. 

1. You will start earning Points when You place an order and it has been dispatched. 

2. The points you earn per $1 spent is based on your Tier. Insider Tier Members will earn 1 Point for every $1 spent, VIP tier members will earn 1.5 points for every $1 spent, and Elite tier members will earn 2 points for ever $1 spent on www.biossance.com and on the Biossance APP (excluding shipping costs). Points are rewarded on the value of the basket minus any promotional discounts. 

3. To earn Points on purchases on the Website, You must be signed into Your BIOSSANCE account at the point of purchase. 

4. Where You make a purchase on the Website in Your local currency, the number of Points You earn will be calculated using the USD value of Your purchase in accordance with the exchange rate on the day of the transaction. 

5. Points will be added to your account after 5 days of an eligible purchase being made by You on the Website. 

6. Where a refund is issued in accordance with the BIOSSANCE Returns Policy, any Points You earned for the refunded purchase will be deducted from your Biossance Rewards account. 

7. We may occasionally offer promotions under which You may earn additional Points. Any such promotion will be subject to the terms and conditions issued with that promotion. 

8. BIOSSANCE may set a limit on the number of times Points may be awarded for promotional items on which additional Points are available. Individual promotions may have different limits as communicated in their purchase conditions. Any participation in promotional offers above and beyond what could objectively be considered consumer behavior or personal use may be considered as abuse of Biossance Rewards. 

9. You can check your Biossance Rewards Points balance at any time via Your account on the Website. 

10. The Points You earn will remain in Your Biossance Rewards account until they are converted into Credit (defined below) or until they expire. 

11. Points are non-transferrable. 

12. Points hold no cash value. 

13. The maximum Points available to earn per transaction is capped at 10,000. 

14. The maximum Points a Member can accumulate over a 12 month period is 100,000. 

Loyalty points expire 365 days from the date earned. New purchases do not extend the expiry of existing points. Tier status is retained for 365 days from promotion, provided  your points balance remains above the tier threshold. Returns made within 40 days of tier promotion may result in immediate tier demotion if your points drop below the required threshold. 

1. Points must be converted into account credit (”Credit”) to spend on the Website via the Your Account section. 

3. At the time of converting your Points to Credit you will have a choice of currency. If your preferred currency is not USD You will be required to select Your preferred currency available at the time of conversion. 

4. After you have converted Points to Credit you will not be able to exchange Your Credit for an alternative currency. 

5. For local currencies, the value of Credit is based on the exchange rate and may be subject to change. 

6. To convert Your Points into Credit, You must log in to your account on the Website and follow the instructions provided. Once Your Points have been converted, they will be deducted from Your Biossance Rewards balance, and You will receive the corresponding amount of Credit. Credits will be visible at checkout. 

7. Points can be converted in multiples of $10 or $20. 

8. Once Points are converted to Credit, the Credit will expire after 30 days. 

9. Credit is valid for a single transaction only. Credits can be redeemed against any product on BIOSSANCE, subject to normal BIOSSANCE product exclusions. 

10. Credit must be selected at point of purchase to be redeemed against the purchase. If not selected, Credit will remain visible in Your checkout until expiry. 

11. Credit cannot be exchanged or used to purchase BIOSSANCE gift vouchers. 

12. You can see Your eligible Credit and converted Credit when You log in to Your Account on the Website. 

ELITE FREE GIFT WITH $50+ 

Rewards members with Elite status receive one (1) complimentary gift with a $50+ qualifying merchandise purchase on Biossance.com or the Biossance App. No promo code required. Customer must be logged into a valid rewards account at the time of purchase to redeem. Offer valid while supplies last; gift assortment is subject to change at any time and may vary based on availability. Customer must select gift at checkout; gift will not be added automatically or retroactively. Qualifying purchase amount excludes sales tax, shipping and handling, gift cards, and prior purchases, and must be met after all discounts and promotions are applied.
