Will definitely purchase!
I received this in the Supernova colour. It's a bit thick but it goes on smooth with no stickiness. It adds subtle colour without much shine which is exactly what I'm looking for to support my 'n makeup' makeup look. It does tingle some but I don't see much in the way of plumping which is ok for me. I don't layer it very thick, that may be why. Aside from that, it feels pretty weightless, stays a long time, had a faint vanilla scent and no taste. It is definitely my daily go-to now.

Excellent hydrating lip product
Excellent lip balm that is hydrating, non-sticky, soaks into lips quickly, and leaves a subtle colour and shine. I think this is the best lip balm I've ever tried, actually--I am keeping it in my bags / at my desk at all times! No weird drying effects, no weird smell, no weird texture. Excellent for my chronically dry lips! I got this for free in exchange for an honest review.

My favorite lippie now with color
I've been a big fan of the Biossance lip products since they came in a pot and not a tube - I still sort of miss the pots btw - but I love this! All the benefits of the clear version are smoother lips, more hydration, and a perfect feel on and last. It's my go-to in colder months when my lips tend to go dry, and now it's around with a wash of color. I'm absolutely up for this in every color offered. A little goes a long way eve with the color if the price is keeping you from trying it. The color is there but still buildable and doesn't just give you that just had a piece of candy look.

Amazing!
I received this Biossance vegan pro-peptide lip perfector as a complimentary sample. I am in love! It comes in a squeeze tube and looks like a lip gloss, similar to a juicy tube. However, this is so much better! The consistency is smooth and there is absolutely no sticky feeling from the balm, but it looks almost like a lip gloss. There is a delicious shea smell to the balm and it is so hydrating! I love that is has ingredients like squalane since it's known for smoothing out skin. My lips looked more nourished and plumper with the sheer pop of berry tint. It really made a big difference in the appearance of my lips and gave me a nice pop of color without having to wear lipstick or liner. My lips feel so soft with this balm. I really did not need to use much to get a shine and it spread out very easily, but also stayed put. Overall, I am really satisfied and would definitely recommend this lip balm!

SO hydrating!
Biossance Pro-peptide lip perfector is a really nice hydrating balm. I've been using it for over a week, reapplying throughout the day as needed, and my lips are so moisturized! I have a love/hate relationship with lip balms. I love the initial application but they all tend to dry my lips out. This one didn't. I was shocked! Texture is very silky and slippy. It glides on nicely without any tugging. It deposits a light wash of colour with a glossy lip look. The gloss part is not long wearing but my lips are left soft and smooth when it does wear off. And I enjoy reapplying. It's got a mild vanilla scent which I love. Overall, fave lip balm! I would repurchase.

Sticky Texture, Phthalate Concerns, Not Fully Cruelty-Free
This lip product has a lovely vanilla scent and subtle shimmer, however it feels heavy and sticky on my lips. While I appreciate the vegan formula, the use of palm oil makes this product not fully cruelty-free, as palm oil farming harms rainforests and the wildlife that depend on them. In terms of strengths, I love this product's inclusion of hyaluronic acid, sugar-derived squalane, and jojoba oil, which are each wonderfully hydrating. On the downside, shea butter and castor oil are known to clog pores, and they might be what is contributing to this gloss' feeling of weightiness/stickiness. I'm also concerned about this product's use of ethyl vanillin, a synthetic fragrance, as these are known for containing phthalates. As regular exposure to phthalates can harm multiple organ systems, the lack of a phthalate-free guarantee is troubling. Despite wanting to love this product, it's health and environmental risks, combined with the heavy texture, make it difficult for me to recommend.

Actually stays on your lips
After using this lip balm for the past few weeks I can easily say this has become one of my favorites. The smell is like a light hint of vanilla. I'm not a fan of strongly scented lip balms but this one is great. As for the texture, it is thick enough to stay on your lips for a long period of time but not so thick that it is uncomfortable or goopy. My hair did not stick to my lips. It also has a nice amount of slip when you rub your lips together and it is definitely not sticky or tacky. It's very moisturizing. I have been using this exclusively for the last two weeks and my lips are very hydrated. The only con I would say is the colour. I love the colour out of the tube but it really isn't present or pigmented on the lips unless I put a ton on. I would like to see some more colour options in the future hopefully with a little more pigment. Otherwise, I would recommend this lip balm.
