Not the Best but Not the Worst
I didn’t find this cream to be overly hydrating. The texture was a bit off putting, it seemed really thick and almost gel-like. It did melt onto my skin nicely. I have sensitive skin with rosacea (general overall redness) this didn’t make it better, but surprisingly didn’t make it worse. I feel like for the price, there’s better on the market.

Not Impressed
I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review from Influenster. For reference, I am in my early 40’s with relatively dry skin and sensitive skin with minimal fine lines. This Biossance Squalene + Ectoin Overnight Rescue cream sounds incredible on paper. Pros - it has great ingredients, including the recent hype ingredient ectoin, squalene, magnesium and peptides. Fragrance, cruelty and gluten free, vegan and comes in sustainable packaging. It claims to hydrate the skin, improve the skin barrier and plump fine lines. The fragrance-free aspect was my favorite selling point. I unfortunately did not experience any of the other claims. Cons - a unique, dense, soufflé-like texture. Though it wasn’t hard to apply, I felt that it never fully absorbed into my skin. It just sat on top, sometimes even pilling with certain other skincare products. Even in the morning, it still felt like it was just sitting on my skin and my face didn’t feel hydrated at all. I tried putting more, I tried putting less I even tried it with a final layer of my trusty Sunday Riley Juno and my face always felt the same the next morning. I also didn’t notice any radiance or line plumping effects during my month or so of use. I wanted to like it because of all the great reviews but sadly this product just didn’t do anything for me and with the price of $68 I doubt I will purchase on my own to give it another try.

Thick nightcream
I was excited to try this product. I've been using it nightly after a serum. It sinks into my skin, leaving it soft by morning. I'm happy to continue using the full jar! 1 star removed due to the high cost. It does seem to last awhile though, so in the end it may be worth it.

Nice pop of moisture
Nice pop of moisture for nighttime. It can be difficult to get it out of the container but it absorbs easily into the skin and I haven’t had any reactions to it. My skin feels smooth after use.

A great night face cream for dry skin
I enjoy testing new products for my dry but sensitive skin and I am always on a lookout for products which will not break me out due to excess oil. This product is kind of thick but melts beautifully once rub between the palm before applying. I applied it at nighttime as I could be a bit oily and heavy for day time and it stayed on till morning even though I am a side sleeper. After a week I could see a difference in my face. My skin especially my forehead looked hydrated. My husband later stole it from me and he loves it too! Definitely worth a try.

Really haven’t made up my mind on this…
I received this product compliments of Influenster. I have waited weeks to write this review because I honestly can not decide either way on this product. On one hand I really like the texture, zero fragrance and it doesn’t irritate my skin even when my barrier is compromised. However. I don’t find it as moisturizing as I wanted it to be and haven’t really noticed a difference in my skin. My skin seems no better or worse after using it. I’m going to keep trying it and give it more time.

Great hydrating cream
I’ve used it for four weeks now and I have very dry skin and this does not dry me out at all. I wake up with refreshed plump skin. I love all biossance!

This actually works!
This really gives you a whole overnight mask kind of vibe. I put this in as the last step in my routine and I really feel moisturized with this. Since I’m a stay at home mom I really need all the help I can get in my skincare. I’m obsessed to say the least. I wake up feeling soft and ready to more moisturizer instead of dry and needing lots of help like I usually do. I sleep on the couch so this is a holy grail for me now
