4. DOES THE ROSE VEGAN LIP BALM CONTAIN SOY OR SOY EMULSIFIERS? IS YOUR GLYCERIN SOURCED FROM SOY?
Our Linoleic Acid is derived from Soybean. Also our Glycerin comes from many vegetable sources and one of those vegetables is commonly soybean and/or corn. (like all vegetable derived glycerin, so if she uses other products with it and is ok... she should be ok as these are derivatives and not whole soybean.
5. WHEN DOES THIS EXPIRE?
Rose Vegan Lip Balm is best used within 12 months after opening.
6. IS THIS ROSE LIP BALM FRAGRANCE FREE?
No synthetic fragrance or essential oils are added, so it is completely fragrance free. The ingredients themselves do emit a mild scent that should dissipate a minute or two after application.

Can also be used on cheekbones, eyebrows and mixed with sunscreen for protected lip balm.

Heaven Sent
I have incredibly dry lips, and they were in particularly bad shape when I started using the balm a little over a week ago. I used the product several times a day the first couple of days, as they needed extra healing, and by day three my morning application was keeping my lips fully moisturized through lunch. This is definitely a new purse staple.

Will never use any other lip balm -- the price is worth it!
This has been in my back pocket for months. Who wants to spend $18 on a lip balm?! Well, after trying other cruelty-free brands like EOS, Brandless, Little Seed Farm, and ELF (which all still have beeswax btw), none of them were that great. I had to keep reapplying every hour or so. So I splurged and got this kind and WOW I wish I had gone with it first. It's been about 5 hours and my lips are still silky smooth, although I haven't eaten yet and have only been drinking through a metal straw. This is basically like a way better tasting, less gross Vaseline. You only need a teeny tiny dot for your lips so this is going to last a long time. I also love the glass jar which I'm planning on using for spices or salad dressings in my lunch box when the balm is gone. I'm hooked!

Same as all lip products
I was hoping this product was finally going to be the one that actually moisturized my lips AFTER it wears off. Unfortunately, it leaves your lips smooth while it’s on, like every other lip balm, but once it’s absorbed my lips are no more moisturized than before, again, just like every other lip balm. My expectations were that it would have long term results, leaving my lips moisturized and healed. But it just addresses my chapped lips while the product is on, leaving my lips still dried out once it is absorbed.

Feels amazing on
I love this lip balm so much - the scent is really light and lovely and it feels so good on your lips. I only with Biossance would make this in a travel tube to put in my bag! I don’t want to carry a heavy jar/it would melt in my climate!

Now I’m 10x prettier!
I’m a lip balm addict, expectations are high over here. I’m officially obsessed with this stuff. Not sure what makes this stuff so unique & fabulous, but I’m hooked nevertheless! Gives me a “baby lip” vibe - plump, dewy and juicy, just the right amount of non-obtrusive shine. In LOVE.

Amazing and moisturizing lip balm!
I live in a dry climate, have dry skin, and am constantly battling chapped and peeling lips. I have tried so many lip balms, scrubs, and masks. When I first tried this product, my lips tingled slightly but immediately felt nourished and moisturized. After 2 hours, my lips felt dry and chapped again. I was honestly a little disappointed, but I know that these sorts of products often take time to work their magic so I decided to wait a week to write this review. After two days of consistent use my lips felt renewed. I have seen a dramatic change in my lips. I haven't had to use a lip scrub in the past week, my lips have stopped peeling entirely, and my lips are noticeably smoother and more hydrated. Truly a miracle balm! This is my new favorite and go-to lip balm.

Performs as promised!
Wonderful lip balm. Glides on, feels light - not sticky, keeps my lips moisturized far longer than anything else I've used. Love that there's no scent or flavor.

Dried my lips out
I love everything I have tried from Biossance, but this product was terrible. It felt nice going on, but 20 mins later dried my lips out. I tried it a few more times to make sure that I wasn't imagining it. I am so disappointed because I wanted to love it and the packaging is so pretty. Definitely save your money though.

Plump Glossy Lips !
The formulation of this product is amazing and the results prove it. Its so rich and gives beautiful moisture to the lips, and gives instant plumpness to your lips. The rose smell is really nice, not to overbearing.

Worried about the return of duck face
Just unboxed my Biossance Vegan Lip Balm and tried it. Overall summary is that this is an excellent product but having applied it no more than an hour ago, I'm already feeling an irresistible urge to post duck face selfies with my tingly, glowing lips. If this is happening to me, an outspoken critic of duck face, imagine what this lip balm might do to weaker-willed individuals?! Jokes aside, here's what I really like: - Beautiful packaging and presentation - Near perfect consistency. It's petroleum-free but has that vaseline texture we all know and love. - A little goes a very long way. I sense that this 10 gram container would last many months with regular use. - There's a nice kick from the essential oils. You can definitely feel a lasting tingle. Only suggestion to Biossance is to use the real estate on the cap to message to the customer (and perhaps a friend trying for the first time) that this lip balm is vegan, cruelty-free, petroleum-free, etc. That EWG verified logo on the cap would really get first-timers curious...
