Our Linoleic Acid is derived from Soybean. Also our Glycerin comes from many vegetable sources and one of those vegetables is commonly soybean and/or corn. (like all vegetable derived glycerin, so if she uses other products with it and is ok... she should be ok as these are derivatives and not whole soybean.
5. WHEN DOES THIS EXPIRE?
Rose Vegan Lip Balm is best used within 12 months after opening.
6. IS THIS ROSE LIP BALM FRAGRANCE FREE?
No synthetic fragrance or essential oils are added, so it is completely fragrance free. The ingredients themselves do emit a mild scent that should dissipate a minute or two after application.

Perfect for night time routine
This lip balm is really thick and seems to loosen up with the warmth of my fingers. Perfect for nighttime skincare routine. Leaves my lips feeling soft but not sticky.

Very good lip balm
Overall, I really like this lip balm. There is little to no taste, my sensitivity is not an issue with this, and it lasts a while, a while as long as I don’t eat or drink. My only two issues are that it does not feel as good on as some others, nor last as long, including organic. However, I do like it and will continue buying the lip balm, as I do like it very well, and it does well for dry lips.

Holy Grail Product
I have never used a lip balm that actually works and does what it claims to until this beauty! Hands down a forever place held in my skincare stash. My lips are so hydrated and the “lip wrinkles” are totally fine after a week of use. It isn’t horrid and sticky and has a feel of water as it sits on the lips. Beautiful, grad A product!

Long lasting and effective
This ‘chapstick’ really does what it says. It immediately plumps lips (which looks good on everyone, regardless) and hydrates. It’s a firm gel, so you only need to rub your finger across the top and apply it to your bottom lip and rub them together. I only apply it maybe three times a day - but only because I either don’t drink water and this am dehydrated, or I drink extra water and thus rub it off on the glass right away. (It sinks in, but I never wait.) Because it’s firm and you only need an unnoticeably small amount, the container lasts a *long* time. It’s worth every penny. I’ve been using some sort of lip balm constantly for ten years or more. I bought this because not only is it vegan and ethical, but it does more than make your lips shiny or greasy or waxy. It actually helps hydrate and heal them so they do the job they are meant to. Plus it makes them look even healthier. There is no taste, no smell, and my very sensitive skin didn't have any negative reactions to it. 10/10 I recommend it to everyone - even strangers.

Nice as a gloss, not so great as a balm.
I've been using this for at least a month now and have found that this is my go to when I do my make-up... I'm not big on lipstick so the fact that this plumps and provides s hint of shine is perfect for me. Thst being said, im not finding that my lips are any more nourished or softer... in fact I get a bit of chopping and even currently have a small cut across my bottom lip thst seems to be from dryness. This leads me to believe that there isn't a lot of moisturizing going on or at least it's not penetrating enough. Also, this doesn't really have a smell or taste, maybe a very mild rose, but I notice if I dont wipe the inside of my lips after I apply it it wanders into my mouth and burns my throat. So, all in all I love this as a lip gloss but not as a lip balm.
