• Purchase or use of Biossance E-Gift Cards constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions.
• Treat and safeguard your Biossance E-Gift Card like cash. not responsible for lost or stolen e-gift cards.
• When you make a purchase with your Biossance E-Gift Card number, the value of your purchase plus any shipping/handling fees and sales tax, if applicable, will be automatically deducted from your E-Gift Card number balance.
• The Biossance E-Gift Cards are non-refundable, are not redeemable for cash, cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed and cannot be resold or transferred for value, except where required by law.
• Once a Biossance E-Gift Card is activated it is not transferable to anyone else.
• The Biossance E-Gift Cards do not have activation charges, or service fees.
• the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Biossance E-Gift Card is redeemed on purchases through Biossance.com.
• The Biossance E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
• Promotions and other special offers may not be used to purchase Gift Cards.
• E-Gift Card only available in pre-set denominations.
