Disappointed
I purchased this product and appreciate the amount of product in the container and how a little goes a long way. However, the product has an odd almost cheese-like smell. As a clean ingredient product, I find this very disappointing. All of the other clean ingredient moisturizers I have used have no smell. I will not be purchasing this product again.

Good face cream, but has a faint offensive smell
I like this face cream, and it makes my skin look better, but I have one complaint -- the offensive odor. At first I thought I got an expired product that became rancid, but after reading reviews, it seems the odor is something to be expected. The good news is the smell dissipates fairly quickly, and you can add an essential oil to it like rose oil. Also, I'm used to a cream that is thicker and more emollient, and this one is not. By comparison, it is quite watery. As long as it does the job, it's not an issue, but don't expect that dewy feeling after applying a thicker moisturizer.

The best cream BUT includes endocrine disruptors
I should state that I LOVE this cream. It’s amazing. BUT and a big BUT. Phenoxyethanol is an ingredient and it’s known to be an endocrine disruptor. I’m not sure how the EWG puts their stamp on anything with that in it. It has worse effects when ingested which it likely is applied on the face. Please look into removing that ingredient because this face cream is the best hands down. It feels so amazing on and is great for fine lines but looking for clean skin care means no endocrine disruptors. Thank you so much.

Wonderful Product!
Absolutely love these products. Excellent feel and moisture without heavy or drying out a couple hours later. Also for a nice facial product the pricing is reasonable. LOVE the travel kits! We travel a lot and these are just perfect! I don't have to transfer my home products to "travel legal containers".

Inconsistent quality
This is my holy grail product. I heard that this company was filing for bankruptcy? I have noticed that the quality is inconsistent. Sometimes the cream is watered down and has less squalane. Im not sure if they reformulated. I think this product is perfect for us dry skin individuals and they shouldnt listen to the complaints, the people with oily skin types can always get the gel or the rose variant. Please do not change your product!

My Must Have!
This has been my one and only, must have, for about 4 years now! I'm here to reorder but I'm so baffled by all of the nasty smell reviews. Yeah, it's never been a heavenly scent but it's never came across as disgusting. I'm kinda scared to reorder now! But I'm going to... hoping that the formula hasn't changed!!

Excellent moisturizer - revolting smell
This and the rose moisturizer are two stars in the product line. They are both phenomenal for dry Winter skin. Unfortunately they smell (as so many have reported) like an awful melange of spoiled milk, stinky feet and...something else. Some say that the awful smell fades after a while. It does not. That stinky foot will be in your face for hours. Surely the genius formulators at Amyris can come up with a masking fragrance that won't get them on the bad side of the Environmental Working Group? Come on, folks. I know you can do it!
