A solid alternative
I normally use the Derma-E vitamin C serum. This is a step up. My skin definitely felt and looked hydrated. And a tad more glowy. I will probably alternate between the 2 products. Biossance at night and Derma-E in the morning because I like how my foundation sits during the day on the later.

I've been using this serum for a month. I love how this serum is fragrance free! You have to shake it up to mix it & then empty the liquid out of the pipette to suck up the activated mixture before applying. It feels really light & silky on my skin once it is absorbed. The natural ingredients seem very promising for lifting & firming my skin naturally. I have some fine lines on my forehead & a few deep frown lines between my eyes which I hate. After 1 week; I feel like I have started to see my frown lines become less noticeable. My skin looks more evenly toned, plump & feels hydrated! I have not had any sensitivity which is wonderful! As I've gotten older my combo skin has become drier. So I appreciate that this serum has hyaluronic acid, a humectant & squalene for protective moisture. I used this under my makeup in the morning & felt like my makeup went on very smoothly & my skin looked glowy. At night I use a thicker moisturizer over this. I am excited to try more products from this lovely brand! First, I would like to begin saying how good of a smell and consistency Biossance products have. When I try oily serums I tend to be a little skeptical cause I don't appreciate when my face stays oily, definitely not the case with Biossance Squalane, my skin is so soft, absorves the serum right away, with a subtle smell of sugar cane. Interesting product! Not going to lie it's very satisfying aggressively shaking a product before each use haha. My typical Hyaluronic acid serum is Vichy's Mineral 89 which I have used for years. In comparison I would say Vichy's product has less going on and absorbs quicker. This product is more moisturizing and for my combo skin I didn't want to layer anything over it. I didn't notice any drastic difference in wrinkle removal or lifting but I also don't have sagging going on. Didn't notice any drastic big different in my forehead wrinkles.
