1. WILL THIS GET RID OF MY PIGMENTATION AND ACNE SCARRING?
With continued use of this serum and sunscreen protection you can see an overall more even skin tone and help fade visible discoloration in the skin.
2. WHY 10% OF VITAMIN C?
This is a daily use treatment, a lifestyle serum if you will. 10% has been shown to be an effective and safe amount for daily use. A higher percentage does not equal better or faster results. It is actually possible to have a higher chance of sensitivity when using higher %'s. Even if the % is higher it does not mean that the ingredient is acting on the skin in a stronger manner. I would value stability over higher % for better results and less chance of degradation/irritation. The stability of Vitamin C within a formula is much more important than the percentage.
3. SHOULD THIS BE USED FOR SPOT TREAT OR ALL OVER APPLICATION?
Results are better if applied all over - our formula only targets excess melanin.
4. IS IT FRAGRANCE FREE?
No synthetic fragrance or essential oils are added, so it is completely fragrance free. The ingredients themselves may emit a mild scent that should dissipate after application.
Massage 2-3 pumps of the vitamin C for dark spots serum onto a cleansed face and neck, morning and night.
Use before other treatment products, and follow with any Biossance moisturizer.

Didn't work for me
Unfortuately this hasn't worked for me. I stopped even using it, not noticing a bit of improvement Maybe there are different types of discoloration this will not help. My issue was NOT sun spots

Allergic reaction
I used this serum 3 consecutive times and had a massive allergic reaction. My face is red, blotchy, bumpy all over and feels hot and itchy. I do not recommend this product since it appears several others are having the same reaction.

No benefit
I used this product as directed for YEARS with zero benefit. I've become very disenchanted with Biossance. Their suncreen, as well. Every time I've used it, again as directed, reapplying, etc., I've gotten sunburned.

Stay consistent
I’ve been using this Dark Spot serum for over a year now and it’s been working great for me. Although, personally it may not get rid of my fully developed sunspots, I feel like it’s kept my skin tone even and has prevented more spots from appearing. I use this under the omega repair cream and sunscreen. Like anything, consistency is key!

My favorite vitamin C serum
I’ve been using this for well over a year. I’ve sampled other vitamin C serum’s, and I just don’t like their texture. This vitamin C serum has the best texture. Soaks in well. It’s non-greasy, and not sticky at all. I have very sensitive skin in this does not make me break out. This is absolutely my favorite. Please don’t stop making it. Luckily I was able to get two bottles when it was on sale.

Severe allergic reaction
Unfortunately this product caused me to have a severe allergic reaction which consisted skin burning, hives and a red raised rash. I stopped using it and had to use cortisone cream for several days for the rash to subside. I do not have sensitive skin, and I have used other vitamin C serums without an allergic reaction.
