Cocktails, Anyone?

One thing we love about our products is their versatility. In addition to being stars on their own, they also play well with others. You can easily incorporate them into any routine, and they can be blended with various products (cocktailing) to create different effects—not to mention that it’s fun to act as your own personal cosmetic mixologist. Here are a few creative product cocktails that we’ve gathered from our team:

Combine Squalane + Mineral SPF 45 with a few drops of your favorite foundation to create your own BB Cream for a lightweight, natural look that protects against damaging rays while giving a luminous glow. Perfect for beachy days and warmer weather when a “no-makeup makeup” look is desired.

In the palm of your hand, add a couple of drops of Squalane + Vitamin C Rose Oil to a pump of your favorite foundation. Use a foundation brush or beauty blender to mix and then buff across your face in a light, circular motion for a beautifully smooth and glowy finish. No filter required.

Add a little sparkling mineral powder to a pump of 100% Squalane Oil for an ultra-hydrating body oil that gives you a soft, all-over glow. Use minerals with a cool hue at night out when you really want to shine or add a warmer tone to boost your summer glow during the day.

Have a favorite essential oil or essential oil blend? Add a few drops to your bottle of 100% Squalane Oil and use as an aromatic, body moisturizing treat.

Moisturize while you bathe. After the tub is filled, add a couple pumps of 100% Squalane Oil to your bath water and mix with your hand. Jump in (carefully)!

Do you have cream highlighters, eye shadows or other makeup products that you still love, but have gone a little dry?  Add a few drops of 100% Squalane Oil or Squalane + Vitamin C Rose Oil and mix in to revive them back to their original, creamy goodness. You can also add a few drops to any type of cream makeup to make it more blendable on application.

Apply foundation over Squalane + Mineral SPF 45 during the day and over Squalane + Probiotic Gel Moisturizer in the evening to prime skin for a flawless makeup finish. Each works as a primer to create a smooth canvas for your makeup to glide on.

- Mist on Squalane + Micronutrient Fine Mist over makeup to create a dewy finish. (Tip: Use long, slow pumps for the finest veil of mist.) - For those no makeup days, apply Squalane + Mineral SPF 45 to protect your skin and give it a luminous glow, follow with a mist of Squalane + Micronutrient Fine Mist for the ultimate radiance booster. - Pat a little Squalane + Vitamin C Rose Oil along the cheekbones and top with highlighter to get a natural “lit from within” glow.
